The Killers Kill It With Another Christmas Hit

The Killers have released a new Holiday single titled “Joel, The Lump of Coal” this week on ABC’s Jimmy Kimmel, which also features the talk show host. The proceeds of which will be donated to the AIDS charity, RED via i-Tunes.

Now becoming an annual Christmas tradition, “Joel, The Lump of Coal” is the band’s ninth and original material Holiday single. The Killers have previously released “A Great Big Sled” (2006), “Don’t Shoot Me Santa” (2007), “Joseph, Better You Than Me” (2008), “Happy Birthday Guadalupe!” (2009), “Boots” (2010), “The Cowboy’s Christmas Ball” (2011), “I Feel It In My Bones” (2012), and “Christmas In LA” (2013).

The band is expected to start on their follow up to 2012’s (Non-Holiday album) Battle Born in the near future.
